The Coach House Flat enjoys spectacular views  of Strathspey and the River Spey, the Abernethy Forest and Cairngorm Mountains. It is comfortably furnished with a double bed, and there is a bed settee which can easily be converted into a reasonably comfortable double bed. There is a separate dining area, a well fitted kitchen, and the spacious  bathroom has a very large bath and a walk-in shower cabinet. Copious amounts of hot water and central heating in colder  weather comes with the cost of the flat. There is an open fire ready laid for you - please use the guard at all times - and we can supply more wood for little extra cost.
For your enjoyment, there are extensive gardens with a tricky pitch and putt course, and  many varied walks from the door.

• As with all self-catering lets, we ask that you clean it as you leave for the incoming people.
• Pets are welcome by arrangement and for a little extra cost.
• We request that pets are kept off furniture at all times.
• When exercising dogs please be considerate to other animals (including our chickens and cats!) and of course farm and wild animals & birds, especially the ground nesting capercaillie in Curr Wood behind the hotel.
• Please clear up after your pet when exercising in the garden.
