£300 to £510 per week depending on season, but shorter lets of 3 or more days are available.

Extra people on bed settee (linen, towels etc provided) 1 extra add 10%, 2 extra add 15%.
Pets £5 each per night or £15 per week.
Electricity, heating and firewood is included

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required with your booking, and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, whereupon the whole becomes non-refundable. You can pay by clicking on the Paypal button, but due to high charges by Paypal we prefer you to pay by cheque or cash if possible.

PLEASE NOTE: - We do not accept credit or debit cards
In case of a last minute cancellation, we recommend that guests take out their own travel insurance.
For fairness, we will always try to re-let so that some refund can be made, although this is unlikely in the
self catering market where bookings tend to be made well in advance.
