These two shots were taken by the lochs in the moors between Loch Ness and Auchendean.

Please take care on quiet roads - local drivers are familiar with them, and can travel at speed.

  • When on estate tracks use sign posted cycle routes - moving off track will inevitably cause erosion and may disturb wildlife.
  • Please cycle sensibly and with consideration for other trail users - give walkers and other bikers plenty of room and slow down as you pass them.
  • Please keep the noise down and take your litter home with you - too much noise will disturb wildlife and litter can choke and kill animals as well as look unsightly.

We are on Cycle Route 7 from Carlisle, to Galloway, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, Pitlochry, Aviemore, and finally Inverness where it joins with Route 1 running from Berwick upon Tweed to John O'Groats via Inverness.
We have a mountain bike that guests are welcome to use, but this has to be completely at their own risk as we do not have insurance cover! Wear and tear we take care of, but as we make no charge for this service, any breakages are asked to be made good by the user.
