If you are coming to the Coach House Self Catering Flat, you can order a parcel of groceries to be delivered here ready for your arrival. If you want to do so, please leave your order here for the Spar grocery shop or here for Michael Mustard the butcher, both are in Nethy Bridge, just 1.5 miles from Auchendean. You can pay for them when you arrive.

 

Good choices for local shopping

Otherwise there are some very attractive shops of all sorts in Grantown-on-Spey just over 3 miles away, ranging from our local Co-Op, a fruit & vegetable merchant, an ironmonger, several cafes and some quality sporting, houseware & gift shops.

 

Inverness, the Capital of The Highlands

Further afield, there are more shops in Aviemore, 9 miles to the south, which are more tourist orientated, although the area's largest grocery shop is there. The capital of the Highlands, Inverness, is just 30 miles to the north and contains just about every shopping outlet that anyone could hope for.
